We’re not your average boot camp. Grind Crew Fit Camp is a tribe of relentless go-getters—people who show up, push hard, and leave it all on the mat. Our boot camp workouts take place in the great outdoors, specifically at Sandy Springs Park, where we embrace outdoor fitness training. We train in the elements, sweat in the dirt, and fuel our strength with grit, discipline, and a no-excuses mindset. Every workout is designed to challenge your body, sharpen your mind, and level up your life. We’re here for results, community, and the daily grind that transforms ordinary into unstoppable.
E.P.I.C. – 4 Weeks to Unstoppable
Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 5:30am
Week 1 – Engage
Dial in and commit. This week is about form, focus, and building the foundation. You’ll connect with your body, your crew, and your goals—locking in the mindset to carry you through during our outdoor fitness training sessions at Sandy Springs Park.
Week 2 – Power
Time to turn it up. We load, lift, and move with strength-based training in our boot camp workouts that build muscle, stamina, and raw force. You’ll feel stronger with every session.
Week 3 – Intensity
This is where the sweat gets real. Higher pace, explosive movements, and non-stop drive push your limits while torching calories in our intense boot camp workouts. You’ll learn to thrive in the burn.
Week 4 – Conquer
The grand finale. You’ll take everything you’ve built—focus, strength, and endurance—and unleash it in workouts designed to challenge your body and mind. Walk away knowing you crushed it.

We take fitness out of the box and into the real world with our outdoor fitness training. Grind Crew Fit Camp conducts boot camp workouts in the community, where fresh air meets hard work. Our home base is Sandy Springs Park in Maryville—the perfect backdrop for pushing limits, building strength, and feeding off the energy of the crew around you. No walls, no mirrors—just open space, real grit, and the kind of workouts that stick with you long after you’ve left the park.
